The role involves executing brand awareness strategies across various traditional and digital platforms to convey the brand message to the target audience. It includes managing multiple lead channels with research on customer segments, and implementing top-of-funnel initiatives to generate quality leads and revenue. Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaigns through key metrics and expenses to provide data-driven insights for strategy improvement is also required. The position requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders for branding and marketing campaigns, developing content, copywriting, and managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities also include overseeing digital platforms including websites, social media, and e-commerce, creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, managing traffic and conversions on landing pages, responding to social media interactions, attending to lead inquiries promptly, and generating content and visuals for web and social media.
