Role Summary

The Executive, Mortgage Sales is responsible for aggressively sourcing and booking new loans for the bank. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders in the property sector while meeting monthly sales targets.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve promoting mortgage products and cross-selling other banking services. You will also attend property-related events to enhance your network and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and book new loans for the bank.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers.
  • Attend developer launches, road shows, and property exhibitions as required.
  • Promote mortgage products effectively to potential clients.
  • Cross-sell other banking products when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Minimum recognized SPM, Diploma Level or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Sales experience will be an added advantage.

Possess own transport.
