The Executive, Network Standard - Development is responsible for enforcing dealership standards and supporting the Head of Department in executing strategic plans. This role involves conducting audits and managing contractors to ensure compliance with operational standards across multiple locations.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve monitoring project progress and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with various teams to set up new branches and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce dealership standards across all locations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Manage contractors to support dealership operations.
- Assist in the setup of new branches and monitor their progress.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to maintain professional relationships.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout all locations.
- Report on project progress and operational compliance.
Job Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Retail Operations or Project Coordination.
Strong understanding of compliance and auditing processes.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
Experience in the automotive or chain-retail industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
