Job Description
In this role, you will enforce dealership standards and support the Head of Department in executing strategic plans. Your responsibilities include conducting audits, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. You will also assist in setting up new branches and monitor project progress, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all locations.
Job Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Retail Operations or Project Coordination
Strong understanding of compliance and auditing processes
Ability to maintain professional relationships with Branch Managers
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
Experience in the automotive or chain-retail industry is a plus
Strong organizational and data management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
