As an Executive, Sales/Property Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable property solutions. You will generate new sales leads through various channels, collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities, and prepare sales proposals. Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in property development / real estate or related industry.
Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
