
The Manager, Project Implementation will oversee the execution of township development projects, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage various aspects of project delivery.
To lead, implement, control, and manage township development projects covering main and local infrastructure, buildings, and landscape works. The role ensures project delivery within approved budget, targeted timeline, quality standards (QLASSIC), safety requirements, and ISO management system compliance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Building) or related disciplines.
Professional certification in Project Management is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or property development project implementation.
Experience managing township, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects will be highly advantageous.
Strong leadership ability to work independently and guide project teams towards project goals.
Solid technical knowledge in construction processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
