The Manager, Project Implementation is responsible for leading and managing township development projects. This role ensures successful project delivery while adhering to budget, timeline, quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of township development projects, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project implementation and management for township development initiatives.
- Control project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Manage timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (QLASSIC) and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
- Oversee construction processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Guide project teams towards achieving project milestones and goals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Building) or related disciplines.
Professional certification in Project Management is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or property development project implementation.
Experience managing township, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects will be highly advantageous.
Strong leadership ability to work independently and guide project teams.
