Job Description

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, effectively managing customer expectations and handling a wide range of inquiries related to banking products, promotions, sales, and services. This role requires in-depth product knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in navigating multiple systems.

Job Requirements

Malaysian citizen.

Open to Fresh graduates across all disciplines, including Diploma and SPM holders.

Candidate with prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.

Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and reading) to support our Mandarin-speaking portfolio.

Strong proficiency in English and Malay is also required.

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic computer literacy, with the capacity to quickly learn new software.

Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule.
