The Executive/Senior Executive, Operation (DCS) is responsible for leading and coordinating warehouse functions and daily operations. This role impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of product management within the organization, ensuring that operational targets are met.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities align with approved plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products while leading inventory-related activities to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate warehouse functions.
• Supervise the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Ensure productivity targets and operational KPIs are met.
• Lead inventory-related activities including cycle counts and stock takes.
• Monitor stock security and housekeeping standards.
• Propose cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Implement and enforce SOPs and safety requirements.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports.
