Role Summary
The Executive/Senior Executive, Strategy & Program Management is responsible for supporting and implementing Versa's long-term objectives and strategic direction. This role involves close collaboration with management to drive revenue, efficiency, and productivity through informed decision-making and coordinated project execution.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include developing strategic and operational plans, monitoring business unit performance, and managing high-priority projects. You will work closely with top management and founder groups in a fast-paced environment to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of strategic and operational plans.
- Monitor and analyze business unit performance metrics.
- Conduct data analysis and competitor research.
- Manage high-priority projects as a Programme Manager.
- Collaborate with management to drive informed decision-making.
- Coordinate project execution across various teams.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in strategy, project management, or analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
