Job Description
The Executive/Senior Executive, Strategy & Program Management is responsible for supporting and implementing Versa's long-term objectives and strategic direction. This role involves collaborating with management to develop strategic and operational plans, monitoring business unit performance, conducting data analysis and competitor research, and managing high-priority projects as a Programme Manager. The position requires close work with top management and founder groups to drive revenue, efficiency, and productivity through informed decision-making and coordinated project execution.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in strategy, project management, or analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw actionable conclusions.
Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office working applications (Doc/Word, Sheet/Excel etc).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
