Job Description
The Executive, Special Project supports the efficient management of government building assets in accordance with contractual requirements and performance standards. This role involves planning, maintenance coordination, data management, performance reporting, and monitoring project timelines to ensure that new assets are installed, maintained, compliant, and sustainable throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include asset planning, documentation management, performance monitoring, project tracking, compliance assurance, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering from a recognized university - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Interior Design (ID) Fit-Out - Experience managing renovation work - Familiarity with Government Project Management - Well-versed in project management and ID fit-out work - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organization and leadership skills - Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project software applications
