We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage and oversee commercial assets. Minimum 15–20 years’ experience in commercial asset/facilities management - Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline) - Strong knowledge in building operations and maintenance - Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges - Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
