Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of facilities professionals.
- Develop strategic plans for asset management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements
Minimum 15–20 years’ experience in commercial asset/facilities management.

Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.
