Job Description
In the Digital Trust & Cybersecurity team, the Level 1 SOC Analyst engages in daily monitoring and analysis of security alerts and incidents. The role requires effective communication and collaboration within a dynamic team environment to ensure the organization's security integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents to identify potential threats.
- Analyze security logs and data to detect anomalies.
- Respond to security incidents and escalate as necessary.
- Manage shift handover processes to ensure continuity.
- Handle ticketing for security incidents and requests.
- Conduct alert triage to prioritize security issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve security processes.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Network Security, or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC, or Surveillance.
Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Basic knowledge of common operating systems and their security configurations.
Experience with security monitoring tools and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
