Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you will engage in quantitative and qualitative analysis, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide insights for clients in the areas of economics, climate, and sustainability. Your responsibilities will include conducting macroeconomic and sustainability analysis, preparing analytical reports, and participating in client meetings to support decision-making. You will also support business development efforts and contribute to ESG-related due diligence for transactions, ensuring that sustainability risks and opportunities are effectively assessed.
Job Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in climate and sustainability analysis, economics, or public policy advisory
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Environmental Science, or related discipline
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear outputs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and in teams
Familiarity with Malaysian and global economic and sustainability policies
