
The F&B and Event Service Expert (F&B Attendant) is responsible for delivering a memorable and unique guest experience. This role involves various tasks that ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.
In this role, you will engage with guests, set up dining areas, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to safety and quality standards. Your day-to-day activities will include physical tasks that contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
Willingness to work in a safe and professional manner.
Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
