F&B Crew – Genting Malaysia Berhad

The F&B Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a dining environment. This role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

As an F&B Crew member, you will work in a dynamic environment where you will interact with customers and ensure their dining needs are met. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up tables, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set tables with clean linen, cutlery, and glasses
• Welcome and greet customers, providing them with menus
• Explain menu items and recommend combinations to guests
• Take customers’ orders and serve food and drinks
• Present bills to customers accurately
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Clear tables and perform necessary cleaning tasks
