Job Description
The Facility Management Technician (Data Center) supports daily operations and maintenance of data center facilities. This role includes performing inspections, monitoring infrastructure systems, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring optimal uptime and reliability of critical equipment within the assigned region.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data center facilities management or related field.
Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly during critical events.
Experience working in a large-scale or critical environment is an advantage.
Knowledge of change management and incident response processes.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Agile mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, or FSM will be an added advantage.
