
The Fibre Back Office Support intern will assist in resolving customer complaints related to fibre installations. This role requires technical troubleshooting skills and effective communication with customers and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
As a Fibre Back Office Support intern, you will manage customer cases and ticketing queues to ensure timely resolution of complaints. Your role involves troubleshooting post-installation technical issues, engaging with internal teams and partners for solutions, and maintaining a reference database of issues and configurations. You will contribute to customer satisfaction scores and post-installation KPIs.
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in public relations and communications is an advantage
Familiar with fibre installation and troubleshooting processes
Experience in managing customer situations and expectations
Technical understanding of home fibre setup and components
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English is a plus
Tech-savvy with troubleshooting skills
