Job Description

The Finance and Admin Executive will engage in daily bookkeeping, procurement, and office management activities aligned with the company's business goals. This position requires effective collaboration with various teams to support logistics and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage budgeting, invoicing, and payment tracking processes.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with leadership to monitor project profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Continuously improve finance and administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate with Program, Sales, and Marketing teams for logistics support.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years in finance, accounting, or operations roles preferably in training, professional services, or consulting industries.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software.

Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.

Immediate start or within a 1-month notice period.
