Job Description

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for the systematic management of company documentation to ensure financial and administrative accuracy. Your daily duties include scanning documents, maintaining both physical and digital filing systems, and preparing records for audit reviews. You will also perform data entry, track document movements across departments, and ensure that all sensitive information is kept strictly confidential. This role requires high organizational standards to keep the storage areas clean and records easily retrievable.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification or above.

No prior work experience is required as training will be provided.

Proficient in basic data entry and administrative tasks.

Strong organizational skills with a focus on physical and digital filing.

High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality of company documents.

Ability to commute to Segamat or plan to relocate before starting.
