Job Description
As a Finance Change Advisor, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve leading change initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on transformation and business readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Lead change and transformation activities for S/4 implementation. - Drive training needs analysis to identify skill gaps. - Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate the effects of changes. - Collaborate with partners to understand the scope of changes. - Establish a change network to facilitate communication. - Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders. - Secure commitment from stakeholders for successful implementation. - Support the execution of change activities and initiatives.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in change management and transformation activities.
Strong understanding of S/4 implementation processes.
Ability to conduct training needs analysis and curriculum design.
Experience in change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex changes.
