
The Human Resources Employee Advisor is responsible for being the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the employee experience by resolving concerns and supporting HR initiatives.
As a Human Resources Employee Advisor, you will engage with employees daily, providing them with timely information and support regarding HR matters. You will work in a collaborative environment, partnering with various HR functions to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. - Apply employee and labor relations expertise to resolve grievances and disciplinary matters. - Use analytical skills to assess complex employee situations and recommend solutions. - Collaborate with HR functions to ensure a consistent employee experience. - Demonstrate strong communication skills in articulating complex information. - Support the implementation of HR initiatives and lead change effectively. - Ensure adherence to information security protocols when handling sensitive data.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or employee relations.
Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
