Job Description
As a Finance Executive, you will engage in daily tasks that involve utilizing accounting software and collaborating with the finance team to ensure financial data accuracy. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes compliance and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure compliance with Malaysian Accounting Standards.
- Utilize accounting software such as JDE, SAP, and Oracle to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure all financial data is up-to-date and accurately reflects the company's financial position.
- Create detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
Job Requirements
Familiar with Malaysian Accounting Standards.
Proficient in JDE Accounting Software.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with SAP and Oracle.
