The Safety & Health Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety policies within the organization. This role includes conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing training to staff, and investigating incidents to promote a safe working environment.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in safety management is an advantage.
