Job Description
The Finance Manager role is a key managerial position within the Center of Excellence (CoE) in the finance department, specializing in Income/Revenue Audit. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and involves ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of income streams from various business segments such as Hotels, Food & Beverage, and Theme Parks. The position also involves maintaining strong internal controls for income recognition and auditing processes, driving process improvements through automation, and leading a team of approximately 15 finance professionals by providing training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements
Must be a member of a professional accounting body such as MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of accounting and/or audit experience, preferably with at least two years in a similar shared services role.
Must be meticulous, highly organized and possess strong leadership qualities.
Experience in using RPA or AI tools in finance processes is an added advantage.
