Role Summary
The Finance Manager - Centralised Shared Services (Revenue Audit) is responsible for overseeing the income and revenue audit processes within the finance department. This managerial role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong internal controls while leading a team of finance professionals.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, focusing on the reconciliation of income streams from various business segments including Hotels, Food & Beverage, and Theme Parks. You will also drive process improvements and foster a collaborative environment among your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of income streams.
- Maintain strong internal controls for income recognition and auditing processes.
- Drive process improvements through automation initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 15 finance professionals.
- Provide training and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with various business segments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
Must be a member of a professional accounting body such as MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of accounting and/or audit experience, preferably with at least two years in a similar shared services role.
Must be meticulous and highly organized.
Possess strong leadership qualities.
Experience in using RPA or AI tools in finance processes is an added advantage.
