The Finance & Operations Executive is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payroll processing. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth operations within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Process monthly payroll, including attendance tracking and salary calculations.
• Prepare payslips and ensure compliance with statutory contributions.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements related to financial operations.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related issues.
