Job Description
As the Finance Process & Excellence Manager, you will lead regional Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Treasury operations within a KPI-driven shared service environment. Key responsibilities include driving process improvements for working capital, ensuring internal compliance, and overseeing cash flow performance. You will manage cross-functional projects, implement automation tools like RPA, and provide strategic financial insights. Additionally, you will lead and coach a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence and successful succession planning.
Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of Treasury, Accounts Receivable, and financial regulations.
Proven experience in leading and steering finance teams in a shared service environment.
Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and automation tools (RPA, PowerBI).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication skills to present scenarios to diverse stakeholders.
Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic MNC environment.
Knowledge of internal controls and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
