The Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor at Kubis & Kale oversees daily outlet operations and manages the service crew to ensure exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and motivate service crew members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with food quality, hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Handle customer feedback professionally to enhance service quality.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to meet operational needs.
- Assist with stock monitoring and reporting to management.
- Train new staff on service standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Service Crew in Food and Beverage is required.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.
The candidate must be responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is necessary.
Passion for hospitality and healthy food is considered a plus.
