The Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor at Kubis & Kale is responsible for supporting daily operations and leading the service team to deliver warm, efficient, and consistent customer experiences. The role involves overseeing daily outlet operations, supervising and motivating service crew members, ensuring compliance with food quality, hygiene, and SOP standards, handling customer feedback professionally, coordinating staff scheduling, and assisting with stock monitoring and reporting to management.
Job Requirements
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Service Crew in Food and Beverage is required.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.
The candidate must be responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is necessary.
Passion for hospitality and healthy food is considered a plus.
