
The Food & Beverage Sales Executive is responsible for managing guest calls, requests, and issues while maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining guest loyalty and ensuring a seamless experience in the hospitality environment.
In this position, you will engage with guests to address their needs and enhance their experience through personalized service. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and support the Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets is required.
Effective communication skills are necessary.
