The position also includes processing reservations and Marriott Rewards requests, performing general office support for Sales & Marketing, assisting with employee training and motivation, and adhering to company policies and standards.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
No supervisory experience is necessary.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets is required.
Effective communication skills, including clear and professional language, telephone etiquette, and accurate document preparation are necessary.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals is important.
Capability to follow company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and perform general office duties is required.
Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance is needed.
