The Food & Beverage Sales Executive is responsible for managing guest calls, requests, and issues while maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining guest loyalty and ensuring a seamless experience in the hospitality environment.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage with guests to address their needs and enhance their experience through personalized service. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and support the Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest calls and requests efficiently.
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Process reservations and Marriott Rewards requests accurately.
- Provide general office support for the Sales & Marketing team.
- Assist in employee training and motivation initiatives.

- Maintain a clean and professional appearance in the workplace.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets is required.
Effective communication skills are necessary.
Capability to follow company policies and perform general office duties is required.
