
The Fund Accountant is responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients and setting up funds into the accounting system. This role plays a crucial part in providing quality accounting and fund administration services for various investment funds in a fast-paced environment.
As a Fund Accountant at PwC, you will engage in daily tasks that involve financial reporting and compliance with tax laws while collaborating with a dynamic team. You will also assist in the preparation of financial statements and facilitate audits, ensuring a smooth operation within the fund administration process.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or economics.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in fund administration or Big 4 audit firms.
Knowledge of asset and wealth management operations.
Competent in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
