Job Description
The Fundraising Officer will work closely with a small team dedicated to enhancing the organization's fundraising efforts. Daily tasks include planning events, managing donor relationships, and collaborating with other departments to align fundraising activities with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial targets.
- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to engage potential donors.
- Monitor and analyze fundraising performance metrics to optimize efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors.
- Prepare and present fundraising proposals to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fundraising or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malay is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
