
The Fundraising Officer is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial goals. This role plays a crucial part in engaging with donors and stakeholders to secure funding and resources for various initiatives.
The Fundraising Officer will work closely with a small team dedicated to enhancing the organization's fundraising efforts. Daily tasks include planning events, managing donor relationships, and collaborating with other departments to align fundraising activities with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fundraising or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malay is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the nonprofit sector and commitment to the organization's mission.
