The General Manager role for Morocco and West Africa is based in Casablanca, Morocco, and reports to the Commercial Area IMEA-VP located in the UAE. This role is responsible for driving both short- and long-term profitable growth in the home appliances market across Morocco and West Africa by setting strategic directions, executing sales initiatives, and managing key accounts. The General Manager leads a high-performing sales team to expand market share and is tasked with developing and implementing omnichannel sales strategies, launching products, delivering forecasts and plans, and fostering strong partnerships with key customers.
10+ years of solid experience in product/category/sales management in Home Appliances or related industries.
Strong sales mindset with people leading experience.
Strategic and innovative thinking and analytical skills with a strong business acumen.
Fluent in French, English, and Arabic is a plus.
Willingness to travel within Morocco and occasionally across the IMEA region.
