
The General Manager, Morocco & WAF is responsible for driving profitable growth in the home appliances market across Morocco and West Africa. This role involves setting strategic directions, executing sales initiatives, and managing key accounts to expand market share.
In this role, the General Manager will oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing sales team in a dynamic work environment. The position requires a focus on developing and implementing omnichannel sales strategies while fostering strong partnerships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
10+ years of solid experience in product/category/sales management in Home Appliances or related industries.
Strong sales mindset with people leading experience.
Strategic and innovative thinking with strong analytical skills.
Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
Willingness to travel within Morocco and occasionally across the IMEA region.
