
The GL Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the General Ledger processes within the Global Business Services division. This role involves leading a team to ensure accurate financial data management and effective service delivery in a high-volume environment.
The GL Team Leader will engage in day-to-day operations within the General Ledger team, focusing on process improvement and service delivery. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate accounting guidelines and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Master or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent accounting certification preferred.
+5 years of experience in finance processing in a high-volume environment.
+2 years of management experience as GL Team Leader within a Shared Services Center.
Strong proven leadership skills.
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
Customer and service-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated experience with accounting principles.
