Job Description
The Global Export Controls Manager plays a vital role in designing, standardizing, operating, and continuously improving systems and processes. This position coordinates the global export control analysts' workload and provides excellent service to customers while mitigating risks globally. Responsibilities include implementing critical metrics, collaborating with international trade compliance managers, developing training for export analysts, and ensuring compliance with global export regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in International Trade, Legal, Business, Finance or related field
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
5+ years of direct experience in a multi-national Regulatory Compliance related field
7+ years of experience supervising and leading people, projects, and/or programs
Strong coaching & mentoring skills
Excellent oral and written English language skills
Detailed knowledge of U.S. export control rules and regulations
Ability to travel 15%+
