Job Description
As a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include collaborating with customers and leading design efforts in a dynamic work environment. You will also mentor junior engineers and oversee technical work to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and provide estimates for system solutions.
- Interact with customers and partners to support design and implementation of test solutions.
- Lead collaborative design efforts to ensure alignment with development processes.
- Drive the development of reusable software for various applications.
- Mentor less experienced engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Supervise technical work to meet established quality standards.
- Provide training and lead customer technical onsite tasks to advance opportunities.
Job Requirements
BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in system/application development and integration.
Proven technical leadership in delivering high-quality solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
