The Government Enforcement Agency Liaison Officer will manage daily requests from enforcement agencies, ensuring compliance with SOPs and improving processes. Responsibilities include attending to statement requests, maintaining accurate records, and implementing process improvements to enhance GEA management.
A Degree in Mass Communication / Business Administration / Information Management or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Telecommunications industry or major corporations
Familiarity with the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 & Personal Data Protection Act 2010
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Proficient in information systems, databases, data analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
