The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for processing guest check-ins, verifying identities, assigning rooms, and activating room keys. This role includes managing guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing, compiling daily reports, handling payments, and securing cash banks. The supervisor also supports guests by providing property information, accommodating requests, and ensuring their needs are met. Additionally, the position involves assisting management with staff training, evaluation, and maintaining positive work relationships while upholding company policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Capability to manage guest requests professionally.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.

Capability to handle physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods and moving objects up to 10 pounds.
