Role Summary

The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in process and enhancing guest satisfaction. This role plays a crucial part in managing guest accounts and supporting the overall guest experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with guests to facilitate check-ins, verify identities, and assign rooms while ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. You will also manage billing processes and assist in staff training to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins and verify identities.
  • Assign rooms and activate room keys for guests.
  • Manage guest accounts and ensure accurate billing.
  • Compile daily reports and handle payments.
  • Secure cash banks and maintain financial accuracy.
  • Provide property information and accommodate guest requests.
  • Assist management with staff training and evaluations.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to manage guest requests professionally.
