
The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in process and enhancing guest satisfaction. This role plays a crucial part in managing guest accounts and supporting the overall guest experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.
In this role, you will engage with guests to facilitate check-ins, verify identities, and assign rooms while ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. You will also manage billing processes and assist in staff training to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage guest requests professionally.
