The Head, Account Relationship Manager (PLM) is responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Relationship Managers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective account renewal and credit monitoring while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Account Relationship Management team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing client relationships. You will analyze financial data and communicate risk assessments to ensure informed decision-making within the loan processing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Relationship Managers
  • Focus on account renewal and credit monitoring
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements
  • Communicate changes in risk and repayment capacity
  • Conduct regular reviews of current portfolios
  • Develop tailored restructuring and rescheduling plans

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or relationship management
