Role Summary
The Head of Digital and AI Products is responsible for defining and driving the product vision and strategy for digital and AI product portfolios. This role significantly impacts the organization by leading product lifecycles and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of product management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative digital and AI products to market. You will also mentor a team of product managers while ensuring compliance with data governance and AI ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for digital and AI products.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Establish KPIs to measure product performance.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of delivering successful AI and digital products at scale.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and digital platforms.
