The Head of Research & Insights is responsible for designing and delivering research and insights to support customer-centric goals across the organization. This role involves managing research strategies, budgets, data infrastructures, and relationships while ensuring the effective use of data to inform business decisions.
The Head of Research & Insights is responsible for designing, collecting, connecting, and revealing insights that help the organization meet its customer-centric goals. The role involves understanding various business divisions to form research requirements, co-developing research strategies, managing budgets and external relationships, and delivering projects efficiently. The role also includes managing and modernizing data infrastructures, using automation for repetitive tasks, developing bespoke studies, and ensuring data integrity and utility.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Marketing Research (Research agency/Client/Consultant) and/or relevant consumer data functions.
Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or relevant field an advantage.
Strong communications skills, both written and spoken with the ability to deliver insights to stakeholders and management level.
