
This role is critical for driving the marketing strategy and execution for B2B segments at Maxis. The Head of Segment Marketing & Activation will lead a team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring impactful customer experiences and effective sales enablement.
The Head of Segment Marketing & Activation will own the end-to-end segment marketing strategy for all B2B segments. This role involves aligning marketing activities with sales objectives, championing market research, leading integrated marketing campaigns, managing the Maxis Business Innovation Centre, and equipping sales teams with insights and tools. The position requires strong leadership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and performance management.
Proven experience in segment marketing and strategy development
Strong analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis
Excellent project management skills for campaign execution
Leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to define and track KPIs for performance management
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Experience in B2B marketing is preferred
Familiarity with telecommunications industry trends
