Role Summary
The Head of Segment Marketing & Activation is responsible for owning the end-to-end segment marketing strategy for all B2B segments. This role significantly impacts the alignment of marketing activities with sales objectives and the overall performance of the marketing team.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing the Maxis Business Innovation Centre. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end segment marketing strategy for all B2B segments.
- Align marketing activities with sales objectives to drive performance.
- Champion market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage the Maxis Business Innovation Centre to foster innovation.
- Equip sales teams with insights and tools for effective selling.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful execution.
- Define and track KPIs for performance management.
