We are looking for a dedicated and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our Emergency Department (A&E). This role involves supporting patients with their basic care needs, assisting nurses and medical staff, and ensuring a clean and safe patient environment while facilitating the smooth daily operations of the Emergency Department.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Experience in healthcare, hospital, patient care, hospitality, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Caring, patient, responsible, and service-oriented.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to assist with patient mobility and transfers.
Able to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Willing to work in a 24-hour Emergency Department environment and perform rotating shifts.
