Housekeeping Supervisor – Marriott International

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the overall guest experience and operational efficiency within the hotel.

In this role, the Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained. The supervisor will coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and manage housekeeping staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets quality standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and manage room statuses.
• Resolve discrepancies and act as a liaison among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
• Assist in employee management tasks such as hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Document and resolve issues related to housekeeping operations.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff and guests.
