
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the overall guest experience and operational efficiency within the hotel.
In this role, the Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained. The supervisor will coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and manage housekeeping staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to follow company and safety policies and procedures.
Strong communication skills with guests and staff.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
