High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to follow company and safety policies and procedures.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to operate work-related machinery and computer systems.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Ability to document and resolve issues related to housekeeping operations.
