As an HR Assistant at Netforge Solution Sdn. Bhd., you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by assisting in job postings across various platforms such as JobStreet and LinkedIn. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensuring that all postings are accurate and appealing to potential candidates. You will be required to maintain a database of applicants and assist in the initial screening process. Your fluency in Mandarin, along with basic English and Malay, will be essential in communicating with diverse candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written
