The HR Compensation & Benefits Advisor is responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulations while enhancing organizational efficiency.
In this advisory role, you will provide working-level HR support within the Program Development and Services stream. Your day-to-day work will involve analyzing HR data and developing program services to support indirect HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR program development, specifically within compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical skills to manage and interpret HR data and metrics.
Excellent communication and advisory skills to support internal stakeholders.
