In this advisory role, you will manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing HR data, developing program services, and supporting indirect HR functions to enhance organizational efficiency while maintaining accountability for service delivery and program effectiveness.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR program development, specifically within compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical skills to manage and interpret HR data and metrics.
Ability to work effectively in a corporate manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and advisory skills to support internal stakeholders.
