Job Description
The HR Director will oversee day-to-day HR operations while collaborating with local HR teams across South Asia and Oceania. This position requires a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement and enhance HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR service delivery across eight countries in South Asia and Oceania.
- Manage operational HR responsibilities in Malaysia.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR services.
- Act as a business partner for key stakeholders in the region.
- Oversee and support local HR teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within HR teams.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
8-10 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
Experience managing HR teams in South Asia and Oceania.
Knowledge of Malaysian and/or Singapore employment law.
Experience in a shared services environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to align HR services with business needs.
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
