The HR Executive (Ops Talent Management) is responsible for managing the talent acquisition process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining HR operations and supporting employee engagement within the organization.
Job Description
The HR Executive will engage in daily tasks that involve reviewing applications, processing documentation, and maintaining employee records. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure effective HR information management and support for employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review new joiner applications and ensure documentation completeness.
- Maintain and update employee personal information in the HR system.
- Monitor staff confirmations and prepare HR-related letters.
- Facilitate the transition of HR information to relevant departments.
- Compile monthly HR reports for management review.
- Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related field
Knowledgeable in Employment Act 1955
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
