The HR Executive will be responsible for reviewing new joiner applications, ensuring all documentation is complete before processing. This role includes maintaining and updating employee personal information in the HR system, monitoring staff confirmations, and preparing various HR-related letters. Additionally, the executive will ensure a smooth transition of HR information to relevant departments, compile monthly reports, respond to employee queries, and assist with day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related field
Knowledgeable in Employment Act 1955
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
