As an HR & Operations Coordinator, you will engage in day-to-day activities that support recruitment, onboarding, and employee management within a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and operations.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
