Responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing annual training plans, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. The role also involves managing the Human Resources Development Fund and assisting in employee engagement activities.
Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00
Preferably minimum 3 years’ experience in learning & development
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to conduct business presentations
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
