Role Summary
The HR Training & Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for leading employee training plans aligned with organizational objectives. This role significantly impacts employee development and engagement within the company.
Job Description
In this position, you will oversee the implementation of training programs and ensure they meet the needs of the organization. You will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through assessments and feedback.
- Develop and implement annual training plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
- Manage the Human Resources Development Fund.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00
Preferably minimum 3 years’ experience in learning & development
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to conduct business presentations
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
