
The HRIT Specialist (Workday) is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization’s HR systems landscape and applications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system stability, data integrity, and process optimization within the HR digital transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve maintaining and enhancing HR systems, ensuring seamless integrations, and supporting various HR initiatives. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (Hire to Retire lifecycle).
Preferably experienced with Workday functional areas such as Workforce Management, Recruitment, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent.
Familiarity with Workday and HRIS information structure, integration, function, and processes.
Highly organized with the ability to support multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent investigation and diagnostic skills for complex technical problems.
