Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve maintaining and enhancing HR systems, ensuring seamless integrations, and supporting various HR initiatives. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the organization’s HR systems landscape.
- Enhance HR applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure system stability and data integrity across HR platforms.
- Optimize processes and facilitate seamless integrations with enterprise systems.
- Assist in HR digital transformation initiatives and system enhancements.
- Generate reports and automate processes for improved HR efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and communicate system expectations.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (Hire to Retire lifecycle).
Preferably experienced with Workday functional areas such as Workforce Management, Recruitment, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent.
Familiarity with Workday and HRIS information structure, integration, function, and processes.
Highly organized with the ability to support multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent investigation and diagnostic skills for complex technical problems.
