
The Hygiene Manager is responsible for verifying compliance with hygiene and food safety standards throughout the operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety and quality of food and beverage services at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu.
The Hygiene Manager at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu oversees daily operations related to food hygiene and safety, ensuring that all staff adhere to established standards. Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related area, or a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.
Preferred qualifications include an Environmental Health Degree or Culinary Degree.
Experience in managing hygiene and food safety operations.
Ability to verify compliance with standards and regulations related to food hygiene and safety.
Skill in advising and training food handlers on proper food handling practices.
