The Import/Export Customer Service Executive in the Freight Forwarding Industry is responsible for ensuring smooth shipment operations, accurate documentation, and responsive customer service for both import and export activities. This role involves coordinating with consignees, carriers, overseas agents, managing customs declarations, and supporting internal teams to deliver timely and compliant logistics solutions.
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
13 years of working experience in freight forwarding or logistics companies.
Strong understanding of shipping documentation and customs declaration procedures.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Computer literate, with experience using carrier e-commerce platforms and ALDEC system (Dagang Net).
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight timelines.
